What is the check-in/check-out policy?
Guests can check in at 4pm the day of their scheduled stay. Instructions will be sent of how and where to access the keys on the same day of check-in. Check out is at 11 am.
What if I need to extend my stay after I have checked in?
If you find that you need to adjust the dates of your stay, please reach out to us via email with the requested adjustments. We will be happy to make accommodations, if possible.
Is there private parking?
Yes! You will be provided with a parking permit and access to park in the gated parking lot designated for the complex. Never worry about not being able to find parking.
Is smoking allowed?
Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment. Feel free to go to any of the designated smoking areas to enjoy your smoke breaks.
