Do I have to pay extra fees?

Absolutely not! We understand you may need more information to make the best decision for your stay. Feel free to inquire + ask any questions you may have. Information is free.

What all is included?

Our units are fully furnished to be the most cozy spaces. Fully equipped kitchen, utilities, housewares + linens, internet, and optional housekeeping.

What utilities are covered?

We provided electricity, gas, water, internet, and trash disposal. Cable tv can be added for additional fee.

If I'm being temporarily relocated for work, can you help with housing?

Yes! We are happy to assist with finding and providing luxurious, comfortable accommodations to make your transition smoother. We provided flexible leasing options to fit your specific needs.

Are pets welcome?

We believe pets are family! Two(2) pets are allowed during your stay. Please inquire about breed restrictions.

Are there any fees for pets?

We do not charge additional fees for your pets. We do ask that you clean up after them and keep them off the furniture to avoid additional fees for damages after you have checked out.

Is smoking allowed?

Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment. Feel free to go to any of the designated smoking areas to enjoy your smoke breaks.

What amenities are included?

Our apartment has some of the best amenities one could ask for. Enjoy the fitness center, pet spa + park, dry cleaning service, pool, and sky lounge with a breathtaking view of downtown Nashville.

Are utilities included?

Yes! Electricity, water, internet, and valet trash are all included and taken care of for you. No need to worry about who and where to pay those bills.
